The Official Site of Storymall - David Corthell

My interests include my family, music, physics, philosophy and psychology.
I am very good at telling a story.
I am a software developer by profession.
Below are some links to some of my creative works.

Family:

My kids are Christiane, Cheri, Casey, Erin and Trevor. Check them out here: Family Pictures.

Music:

I like Dr. Hook, Leon Redbone, Neil Diamond and a host of other '60s and '70 music stars. My favorite show these days is American Idol. Not because of the chatter going on between the judges, rather the raw talent displayed by the contestants. Great music is being created and new superstars are being born.

Philosophy:

I am a dabbler in the philosophy of science. Much of the material I am interested in is hyper-technical, and involves the nature and meaning of scientific theories. As a pure novice, I typically don't understand the String Theory, but who cares. I study and read about it, ponder the writings of great minds, and continue to educate myself each day. I have written several original papers on the subject of philosophy:

David Corthell, Theory of Time and Trouble, 1996

David Corthell, Going Postal, 1999

Psychology:

I am also a student of human behavior (who isn't?) and am especially interested in theories of human behavior. One-Minute, Kenneth Blanchard (Author), and Spencer Johnson

Physics:

I am especially interested in quantum theory and relativity. Authors I enjoy: Steven Hawkings, Albert Einstein.

Professional Resume:

I have over 20 years of experience as an executive at software companies, primarily in development. For my resume, click on: Resume (web page).

This is a small example of my programming ability, including my managerial and executive talent. USARplus (A Service Animal Registry), current, a web-site I founded and created to help people manage their Service Animals and content with companies that do not understand the law.

Other Creative Work:
